Beacon Private School Uniform Shop – Return and Exchange Policy

At Beacon Private School, we strive to make the uniform purchasing process as seamless and convenient as possible for our parents and students. We understand that sometimes, items need to be returned or exchanged, and we are here to assist you in coordinating this process. However, please note that Beacon Private School is not directly responsible for processing returns or exchanges, as these are managed by our third-party uniform provider. Our role is to facilitate uniform deliveries to the school for your convenience.


Return and Exchange Guidelines

Eligible Items for Return or Exchange:

•Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition.

•All tags must be intact, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

•Any returned item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


Return and Exchange Window:

•You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

•After the 14-day period, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.


Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

•Personalized items (e.g., items with name tags or special embroidery).

•Items purchased on sale or during special promotional periods.

•Any item that has been washed, altered, or shows signs of wear.


Return Process:

•To initiate a return or exchange, parents must directly contact the third-party uniform provider that manages the uniforms. The contact information for returns or exchanges will be provided with your order receipt.

•Returns will need to be shipped directly to the uniform provider; return shipping costs are not covered by Beacon Private School.

•Please note that Beacon Private School does not handle returns or exchanges directly. We serve only as a delivery point for uniforms, making it easier for parents to have their uniforms delivered to the school.


Exchanges:

•Exchanges are only available for items of the same product category (e.g., a different size of the same uniform item).

•The uniform provider will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.

•Delivery of the exchanged item to the school will be coordinated as part of our delivery service.


Damaged or Defective Items:

•If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact the uniform provider directly within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement.

•Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange, subject to the uniform provider’s policies.


Important Note:

Beacon Private School is not liable for any decisions made by the uniform provider regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are solely facilitating uniform deliveries to the school to make the process easier for parents. All concerns regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds must be directed to the uniform provider.

By purchasing items through the Beacon Private School Uniform Shop, you agree to the terms of this return and exchange policy.
